Shipping & Delivery We are a small Sydney studio and hand-pack every order with care to ensure your items arrive safely.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on current available rates for package dimensions and weight

Production & Transit We are not a mass manufacturer. Every item is made-to-order. Our current production lead time is 

• Standard Transit: 3–7 business days.

• Express Transit: 1–3 business days.

International Orders Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international transit can take between 10–28 business days depending on your local postal service.

Missing or Damaged Items Once an order is with the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. However, if your item is damaged during transit, please contact us at info@curiocandy.com.au with photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours so we can investigate.
