Custom Commissions & Studio Projects
Alongside our main shop, we design and produce one-off pieces, custom business assets, and personalised projects to order.
The Difference Between Shop Items and Custom Work
The products in our online store are ready to print or engrave with established settings. Custom projects require a separate technical phase. Before making the final item, we use our design software to custom configure your specific request to calibrate perfectly with our studio equipment. This involves building or adjusting the 3D models, testing materials, and programming exact machine settings to ensure the physical execution is entirely correct.
How it Works
- Submit an Enquiry: Use the form below to share your idea, dimensions, and any reference photos.
- Feasibility Review: We review your request to determine if it is within our technical capabilities and studio equipment.
- Quote & Setup Fee: If we can proceed, we will provide a quote that includes a mandatory one-off setup fee.
Pricing Structure
To keep our boutique studio sustainable, all custom projects incur a setup charge. This covers:
- CAD & Digital Modelling: Creating or refining 3D files and vector designs from scratch.
- File Preparation: Optimising designs specifically for our 3D printers or laser engravers.
- Trial & Error: Material testing and prototyping to ensure a successful final product.
Note: The setup fee is a one-time cost per design. Repeat orders of the same item will only incur standard production and material costs.
Our Terms
- 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required before any design work or production begins to protect our studio against abandoned projects.
- No Change of Mind: Once a custom job is complete, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the personalised nature of the work.
- The Nature of the Craft: 3D printing involves technical variables. While we ensure high standards, minor surface variations are a natural part of the automated crafting process.
